- I've been designing my bears since 1999. In the last couple of years I have also made primates. I really have a great love of these animals so I pay my respect to these beautiful creatures by making my Doodlebear’s Friends, some of which, to my surprise, have bought me awards. I have always had a great love of crafts, learning to knit at the tender age of three years. As a child I would always be making something or drawing whatever took my interest at the time. I will add pictures and news of my latest creations and any other pictures that I feel may be interesting to visitors.
